Cardio work. Run and eat healthy. Try to lose 2lbs a week, any more is unhealthy.

You should never starve yourself, or take any drugs that cause you to do so. What I would advise is just to eat lots of healthy foods that dont have any calories, such as grains, salads, vegetables and fruit. You should always try to get in exercise too. It may not make you lose alot of weight, but it will help prevent you from gaining any.

Shouldn't be too difficult.
If you are a meat-eater, go vegetarian and cut out all junk food. You will not only be thinner, but way healthier---more ';glow';.
Eat nothing white--- no white bread, rice, potatoes, pasta. Go for lots of veggies, whole grains, fruits, tofu (learn how to prepare it--- it is NOT gross cooked right!)
Exercise, of course. Either specific tummy tighteners (yoga, gym, books etc will show you how) or just all over toners. Swim... run... whatever... (don't forget those kegels--- really please your new husband-- and yourself)
You will be BEAUTIFUL, for sure!
