Marrying a member of the same sex is a violation of the UCMJ (a public statement of your sexual orientation). Thus, they legally could get married within the state, but doing so would break military law and risk separation under DADT. They would have to keep it very private and couldn't process any paperwork with the military to get benefits or recognition for their spouse or even acknowledge their marriage at work. It would be very difficult to maintain that type of double life.
This would straight out be admitting you are gay. Open gays are not yet allowed to be in the military. So if they did and turned the paperwork into the military they would not be allowed to stay. Wait until they change it before you do if you want to stay in.
No. Under ';Don't ask; Don't tell'; marriage is a public activity and is thus an admission of homosexuality.
that would be ex marines once they find out your mental disability
Yes.

Then they will be processed for separation.
No the marine corps will not allow that, No pantie brigade marriages.
I don't see why not. I hope congratulations are in order!
