They got married 1 yr. ago,the lady has a daughter but not married to the father. Now that she is married to an American,the gut want them to follow him in the US.What are the necessary documentsto be prepared for a Filipina married to an American National.?

Well, a spouse visa, I would imagine, but since the child is not the second guy's, don't know if the child can come.
