A married M E4 is sleeping with mulitiple F in his unit incl a married F E4. Does he get in trouble?

';If an married male specialist is has been sleeping with mulitiple females in his unit (same rank or lower married and single) including a female specialist who is married to a sgt who is deployed to iraq will he get in trouble? What type of proof is needed to turn this creep in?'; The unit knows this is happening but chooses to ignore the situation.A married M E4 is sleeping with mulitiple F in his unit incl a married F E4. Does he get in trouble?
Someone should bring it to the attention of his Commanding Officer. It is against military law (UCMJ) and goes against good order and discipline. Behavior such as this will rot a unit.A married M E4 is sleeping with mulitiple F in his unit incl a married F E4. Does he get in trouble?
yes they can both get in trouble. a maximum of 2 years in prison, and depending on the situation and rank he can get down stipped if u know wat that means. i believe he can loose one or two stripes depending on the seriousness of the offense. it happened to one of my friends in the military.
Yes he can and should. You say the unit knows the key point is who in the unit? If his senior personnel, his OIC, SNCOIC or NCOIC and CO/CSM know and are ';winking'; at it they are as guilty as the individual of violating the UCMJ and service regulations. If it is reported to his Commanding Officer or senior enlisted (CSM/SgtMaj etc) and they do nothing it should be reported to the Provost Marshall or legal personnel above the unit level for investigation.
Nice to see you have appointed yourself to the MORAL POLICE to end this.

Nothing better to do with your sad life??
Technically, if he's married, he can get in trouble regardless of rank. However, this happens all the time unfortunately, but it's difficult to prove. Unless someone has witnessed the actual act, and even then it's he-said/she-said. So unless they tell on themselves, or someone has pictures or video or some sort of hard proof, he will probably continue to get away with it.
Yes he can get in trouble. Adultry is Punishable under the UCMJ. Report him to his first sergeant or OSI. Bring valid proof and he will be dealt with accordngly.
yes, he can get in a lot of trouble. he should be reported to the CO, if that wont help, keep going up the chain. It will all come down eventually
ever heard of adultery, and yes it is illegal in the armed forces, regardless of rank. I know a female E5 that got caught sleeping with a male O3. She is a E4 now and he has been discharged.
It is a clear violation of the UCMJ, which falls under Article 134 Adultery and Prostitution. And I think there are other articles he is violating with all the sleeping around.

The only proof you need is for one of the females to come clean, get him to come clean, or something. If you report him, an investigation will start where the Junior Officers will have to find out what is going on. Just make sure you are right, and that he is doing this. Also know you may ruin the careers of these other people in the process. So by taking him down, you could potentially ruin 4 people's career.
As long as there just sleeping , no problem
A male E-4, sleeping with a female E-4 is not the question. The question is the authority. If he is sleeping with a subordinate he can get in trouble. Say he is a squad leader and she is in his squad then yes, he can get in trouble because even though he is the same rank as her he is still in a position of authority. On the question of ';proof'; there does have to be some kind of evidence. Just gossip is not enough. Best advice: don't worry about it unless it affects you directly...ie the mission doesn't get done. Other than that dear there is not a whole lot you can do. People will be people no matter where you go or what your occupation is. It sucks sometimes but that is how it is!
he can get in trouble only if he failed...

this very usual situation with M E4 and typical
Doesnt matter what rank any of these Soldiers are it is adultry.. now as I answered someone elses question about this .. the Army says without vidoe or photos there is no proof but* the accused can always fight the video and photos saying its not them , but if 1 or both parties admit to this yes he/she (both) will be punished under ucmj, now because noone will admit to adultry , and if your the spouse in any of this, talk to all members involved Chain of command , if you are the spouse go to Jag if you want a divorce to get a list of lawyers off post , also Jag can inform you of your rights and your Soldiers.

UCMJ is up the the Commander.

I know all of this because my 2 friends went through the same thing, trust me nothing happen to their cheating husbands (ex now).

Good Luck!
